Today’s youth face unprecedented challenges — increased screen time, reduced face-to-face interaction, fewer leadership opportunities, and growing pressure from school, social media, and society.
Many young people struggle to build independence, resilience, social skills, and confidence. Without strong mentorship and real-world experiences, too many miss the chance to discover their potential.
